1. Tell us what you need
Send the product, variety, size, packaging and the quantity per shipment. The more specific you are, the faster we can confirm availability and a price.
2. Confirm the quote and samples
We reply with a price and packaging options. For a first order, many buyers ask for photos of the packed product or a sample before committing.
3. Packing and inspection
Produce is sorted, packed into export cartons and checked before it leaves the packing house. Temperature control starts here and continues until delivery.
4. Documents and shipping
We prepare the export paperwork and book the shipment by sea or air. You receive the documents in time to clear customs at your end.
5. Arrival and clearance
Your customs agent clears the goods using the shipment documents, and the produce is delivered to your warehouse or distributor.
